Woodside Bakehouse Bakes Up the Ultimate Vegan Granola Bar
Granola bars are pretty common, but finding one that actually tastes good? That's rare. That's why I was thrilled to find el conejo bars made by Woodside Bakehouse. Not only do they taste good, el conejo bars are made with organic ingredients here in NYC. They're chewy, crunchy, and a little sweet... it's the perfect mix for a granola bar.
Made by Sarah Peltier, el conejo bars first debuted at Rockaway Taco near Rockaway Beach. They're also sold at Rice in Fort Greene (my local haunt where I usually pick one up for breakfast on the way to work) and the other Rice locations, Jack's Coffee stand near Rockaway Beach, and Radish in Williamsburg,
