Tofu sandwiches, barbecued tempeh and Soba Noodles with sesame sauce. Brown Rice and Pickled Carrots wrapped in seaweed. Shitake-kombu Dashi with soba noodles. Three-bean Chili Soup (kidney, black bean and lentils) is good. Rice, steamed vegetables, simple salad, sea vegetables or beans for $3. Has a salad special for $10. Dragon Bowls are made up of grains, beans, assorted vegetables, seaweed, greens, and salad. Half Dragon Bowl is a good meal. Fresh cooked cornbread with carrot butter or tahini sauce is very popular. Homemade sauerkraut. Mu Tea (macrobiotic tea) at end of meal. Maple whip on desserts. Good coolers (a variety of cold teas).
