Harvest Roll, Asian Dumplings, Seitan Chimichurri, Mezze Plate, Quesadilla, Tofu Club, Grilled Soy Burger, Grilled Tempeh & Portobello Panini, Tuscan Seitan Parmesan Sandwich, Ginger-Miso Stir-Fry, Tempeh Lasagna, Hearty Chili and Macrobiotic Life Platter. Very good soups. Steamed and roasted vegetables and baked potatoes. Paradise Casserole is toasted millet with black beans, with a layer of mashed sweet potatoes, roasted root veggies and mushroom gravy. Vegan pies and cakes. Banana Cream Pie with Fudge Sauce, Chocolate Cake, Banana Cake with tofu frosting, Lemon Tofu Cheesecake and Chocolate Mousse Pie with chocolate chips. Wheatgrass juice, fresh lemonade, protein shakes, Candle Colada, smoothies, cappuccino and espresso.
